SLRC and IHAWC present: Indigenous Spring: A Health & Wellness Gathering in partnership with The Utah Museum of Natural History and the Urban Indian Center of Salt Lake.

Come Learn. Come Share. Come Connect. Come run/walk/hike. Come have fun! Perfect for the whole family, bring the kids too!

  • . This dance is Utah's oldest dance and has been practiced long before recorded history. The purpose of this dance is to welcome spring and celebrate new life.Experience a Bear Dance Demo offered by the Ute Tribe

  • Go on a run, walk or hike on the trails

  • Demo shoes from one of the 4 brands in attendance: Saucony, Altra, Brooks and Hoka

  • Post run refreshment
